DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
First, blood vessels dilate to increase blood flow to the skin, this allows excess heat to radiate away from your body. You sweat more when the temperature is hot, especially if you are working or exercising outdoors. Drinking water helps replenish the fluids lost by excessive sweating.
EAT LIGHT MEALS
In summer our appetite tends to be reduced, especially when we are feeling hot. One reason for this is that the body tries to regulate our body temperature by cutting down on heat, generating function like digestion of food.
You can drink or eat food like
1.Aam pahna[ raw mango drink]
2.Yoghurt, Rasam
3.Tomato
4.Watermelon
5.Mango
PROTECT YOUR EYES FROM HARSH SUNLIGHT
1.WEAR sunglasses while outdoors
2.Wear serious eye protection while doing home projects
3. Protecting eyes during sports protect against Chemicals
4.Avoid rubbing of eyes
5.Wash your eyes thoroughly with water
STAY INDOORS
Stay indoors in order to avoid the harsh sun rays in order to protect yourself from tanning.
Take a cool bath.
AVOID OUTSIDE FOOD
The rise in Mercury leaves us irritated and it often results in lack of appetite .
